ETISSLATE CHAIRMAN RESIGN
Hakeem Bello-Osagie, chairman of Etisalat Nigeria Ltd., resigned after the reorganization of the telecommunications company.
His resignation came into effect immediately, then the company's major shareholder withdrawal
Mr. Bello-Osagie is a surviving shareholder in the embsttled mobile operators and is currently in the $ 1.2 billion ($ 77.47 billion) loan repayment crisis with a consortium 13 Nigeria banks.
He is the former chairman of the United Bank of African UBA
