DO NOT COMPROMISE QUALITY EDUCATION - OKOWA
Delta state governor Ifeanyi Okowa called on the government not to compromise quality education of young people in Nigeria.
The governors held separate municipal council meetings organize for the people in Uvwie and Ugheli South local government areas in the State respectively
He pointed out that quality education has the appropriate skills, will enable young people to self-reliance, stressed that their administration will not affect quality education.
Governor Okowa added that his government had restored the state's technical education and provided young people with future challenges.
"We have fixed three full-featured technical colleges, because we know the importance of adolescent skills, so we have begun to renovate these three in the state"
"I want to urge parents to bring their children to technical schools, and the school still offers the same subjects as other schools, in addition to the skills we are getting; we should appease our children to face the challenges of the future," he said.
At the same time he assure the Uvwie people that the Urhobo college would be renovated, he said that more schools would be built in 2018.
According to the governor "In every local government, there is a road of construction because we know that the road is important to the development of our people.He said that in the first two years we had been walking on the road because the Deltans liked education so we Go to work on school"
