I REMAIN A LIFETIME MEMBER OF PDP

Image result for Olabode GeorgeChief Olabode George, former chairman of the Nigerian Port Authority (NPA), denied rumors that he had resigned from the board of directors of People's Democratic Party. 
George is one of those who aspired to lead the party's National Assembly in Abuja on December 9, and told reporters at the Abuja Friday that the rumor is unreasonable.
He said: "I am still a lifelong member of the People's Democratic Party's board of directors. I have not resigned and I have no intention of resigning."


George also described those behind the rumors as "suffering from long-term despair," adding that being a member of the board of directors will not have any impact on the aspirations of becoming the next president of the country.
