Army kills 14 Boko Haram suspects in clearance operation

Image result for boko haram attacksThe Nigerian army said 14 Boko Haram militants have been killed in the demining operation in the Bama governorate of Borno.

Gen. Sani Usman, director of public relations at the Army, said in a statement in Maiduguri.

Usman said the force also rescued 30 people, took a rebel and seized ammunition of various caliber.

He said those forces also cleared insurgents in their hiding places in villages in the local government of Bama.

Usman said three men; 12 women and 15 children rescued in the rebel forces.
