Court Sentences Female Lawyer To 7 Years In prison For Killing Husband

Image result for lawyer Yewande OyediranFemale lawyer Yewande Oyediran, who stabbed her husband Lowo to death was sentenced to seven years' imprisonment by the High Court in Oyo State.

Judge Munta Abimbola convicted the suspect as a manslautering rather than as a murder.

 Abimbola said that although the prosecution confirmed that the accused had caused the death of the deceased, it failed to prove that this was a deliberate act.

 However, he ordered the imprisonment of Yewande Oyediran will commerce from February 2 when she was arrested

 However, the judge said that the dead and prisoners have been engaged in domestic violence, which eventually led to the killing of her husband.
