Sen. Prsident Return Back to ICC over 3 Charges
The Appeal Court in Abuja has ordered Senate President, Bukola Saraki to return to the Code of Conduct Tribunal to face trial on 3 charges of false assets declaration but dismissed 15 other counts.
The three-man panel of the appellate court led by Justice Tinuade Akomolafe-Wilson unanimously ordered Saraki to return to the CCT to face trial on three of the counts.
