PDP calls for Buhari’s probe over Lawal, Oke’s sack

Image result for PDPPeople's Democrats condemned (PDP) the dismissal of former secretary Babacher Lawal and the director of the National Intelligence Agency.
It has called on the National Assembly to probe the president over  the way hes handling their removal

Spokesman Dayo Adeyeye said that such a situation could be handled better by EFCC or ICPC.

Adeyeye said that the statement on the law and Oke was a slap to the face of Nigeria.

"This is an insult to the collective intelligence of our people, who patiently awaits the president's response to the corruption of the two main aides is unacceptable,” he said.

Ondo police arrest two for attacking Igbokoda monarch

Ondo State police have arrested two suspects suspected of attacking the Igbokoda monarch in a government area in the Oba Afolabi Odidiomo area in Ondo State On Thursday, the Oba was attacked by a mob in his community with a machete. The traditional ruler sustain several cut on his head, and was left by the assailant to stay in a pool of blood. Fermi Joseph, a spokesman for the National Police Command, confirmed the arrest of a suspect in the television-radio news-gathering in Akure and also announced the leader of a thug who was wanted by a policeman Iván Tan. Police image maker also revealed that a 40-year-old man was arrested in the Okitipupa local government to kill a 70-year-old man.

FORMER VICE PRESIDENT SAMBO NNAMADI KADUNA HOME WAS RAID BY EFCC

Operatives  of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission raided the home of former vice president of Nigeria, Naimadi Sambo, on Wednesday in  Kaduna . The details of the operation are still rough when submitting this report. Recall that last year, EFCC raided the Aabuja office of the former vice president, which is part of the former President Goodluck Jonathan government weapons procurement scam.
