Illegal detention : Court orders El-Rufai, police to pay Audu Maikori N40m

Image result for el rufaiAbuja Federal High Court awarded 40 million Naire to President of Chocolate City Group Audu Maikori as compensation for illegal arrest and detention in February and March 2017.
Judge John Saujo ordered four respondents in the basic human rights enforcement proceedings submitted by Maikori on May 5,
Including the governor of Kaduna, Nasir el-Rufai, and the police to pay compensation to the applicant.

 The judge also instructed the respondent to pay N1,430 at the applicant's expense as the cost of insulting the suit

HUNTER BATTLE WITH FEMALE SUICIDE BOMBERS

Suspected of being a member of the so-called Boko Haram Group members, two female suicide bombers have been intercepted by local huntersm and killed by local hunters,at around 11 am local time, in Madagali local government of Adamawa state hunters Garba Tarfa, secretary general of the Nigerian Hunter Association, told TVC news that bombers were killed in gunfire. According to him, suicide bombers were moving towards to the local government headquarters. He further explained that a week ago, the group invaded a village of the local government, despite the efforts of the local government chairman to get rid of the rebels. He revealed that three illegal factions were arrested by his men and handed over to the military.
