THE COURT ORDER F.G. TO ISSUE THE NAME OF THE SUSPECTED LOOTERS

The Federal High Court in Lagos has ordered the federal government to immediately issue information and seizures to the Nigerians about the public officers who have recovered the public funds.

Image result for osinbajoJudge Hadiza Shagari made a judgment after the free litigation of information provided by the Social Economic Rights and Responsibility Program (SERAP).

 Shagari Justice agrees with SERAP, the federal government has legally binding obligations, telling the Nigerians past and present all names of plaintiffs suspected of public money.

 The group said the verdict showed a fight against corruption and the perpetrators of impunity.
