Three IPDs, two suicide bombers killed, six tracks in Dikwa Camp

At least three Internally Displaced Persons and two female suicide bombers have been killed when they attempted to infiltrate the Dikwa Camp, Borno State on Friday. Six other persons were also published in the attack Confirming the incident, the spokesman of Operation of Operation Lafiya Dole, Nwachukwu Onyeama, said troops tried to stop the bombers but shot at them when they refused to that, which exploded the Improvised Explosive Device strapped on their bodies. According to him, the camps have been cordoned off for security reasons. Onyema also said their troops discovered and cleared off an IED factory in Kote village.

El-Rufai condemns mob action at NUJ premises

Kaduna State Governor, Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai has said nobody will be allowed to stifle freedom of expression in the state. In a message to the Kaduna State Council of the Nigerian Union of Journalists, the governor condemned the mob action by hoodlums at the premises of the NUJ on Sunday. Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo on Wednesday finally inaugurated Stephen Ocheni (Kogi) and Suleiman Hassan (Gombe) as ministers, over two months after their nominations were confirmed by the Senate. Suicide bombing: NEMA confirms four IDPs killed in Maiduguri camps

The National Emergency Agency, NEMA has confirmed the death of four people after suicide bombers attacked two amb saved camps in the outskirts of Maiduguri, Borno State. 15 others were published when two bombers, a male and a female attacked the IDP camp at Dalori, known as Dalori 1 Camp. Another suicide bomber targeted another camp, Dalori 2, but was intercepted. Only the bomber died in the second attack. Both story took place late Sunday night. Dalonia is a suburban town near Maiduguri, Borno, Nigeria. Since March 2015, it hosts one of the largest liquid displaced persons camp created during the Boko Haram insurgency, with more than 15,000 people, most of them coming from the South-East of Borno State. Gowon inaugurates Ijaw National Academy in Bayelsa

Former military head of State, General Yakubu Gowon (retd) and other dignitaries, have described the Ijaw National Academy as a testament to governor Seriake Dickson's avowing commitment to human and infrastructural development. Those spoke in Kaiama during the official inauguration of the institution which stands as the state government's flagship secondary school project, of its free education policy. Buhari has done nothing to save Nigeria Economy

BOKO HSRAM STRIKE AGAIN

16 persons have lost their lives in another Boko Haram bombing on Cameroun-Nigeria border. The incident which occurred at Waza area of the border took the lives of the two bombers and 14 others. According to main chief Bisong Etahoben who reported the incident on the twitter, the bombing occurred around 11pm on Wednesday July 12. He said: "Nine killed in Boko Haram bomb attack in Waza a short while ago." Going further, he tweeted that: "The Casualties rise to 14 with 36 wounded. Osinbajo returns to Nigeria after meeting Buhari in London

Acting President Yemi Osinbajo returned to Nigeria on Wednesday morning from London after meeting with ailing President, Muhammadu Buhari. Presiden Buhari has been in the United Kingdom since May 7th on medical grounds. A tweet by the Senior Special Assistant on media and publicity, Laolu Akande, said that the Acting President has returned to Nigeria.
