CUSTOM OFFICER COMMIT SUCCIDE

A custom officer committed a suicide. The cause of the suicide remains to be determined.

The custom officer was identify as Christian, 44 years old, locked himself in the room and hung with a rope on Saturday. 

A source said the unmarried deceased stayed with his brother and was said to have recently been transferred to Lagos before the incident. 

The Gwarinpa Divisional Police said that the man was certified dead at Kubuwa General Hospital 
"The recovered exhibits include some drugs and knives" He said the preliminary survey showed that the deceased had depression

Ondo police arrest two for attacking Igbokoda monarch

Ondo State police have arrested two suspects suspected of attacking the Igbokoda monarch in a government area in the Oba Afolabi Odidiomo area in Ondo State On Thursday, the Oba was attacked by a mob in his community with a machete. Operatives  of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission raided the home of former vice president of Nigeria, Naimadi Sambo, on Wednesday in  Kaduna .
